St. Catherine’s Village residents come from a variety of geographic, socio-economic and religous backgrounds. They are engaged in life, energetic and determined to make the most of their retirement years. The Village residents have created a warm and welcoming community where new residents can feel right at home.
Activities & Programs
Every day, residents are invited to participate in a variety of enriching activities coordinated by our full-time Activities Director. Guest speakers, activities and special events provide mental stimulation, socialization and humor, time to relax, opportunites to be creative and encouragement to grow spiritually. The Activities Director also coordinates exciting day trips and overnight excursions. These wonderful experiences help to create new memories and deepen friendships.
- Morning coffee and conversation are served up daily in the Piazza Cafe.
- Numerous exercise opportunities are available. Choose from classes to improve your balance, water aerobics, onsite fitness center or walking the beautiful grounds.
- Participate in choir, basket making, bridge, bingo, ceramics, painting, bible study, croquet, gardening, line-dancing, drama club, current events, dinner club and many more fun and interesting activities.
Residents’ Association
In addition to pursuing their own lifelong interests and developing new interests, many residents volunteer their time to serve on Residents’ Association committees. These committees include: Welcome, Library, Activity, Green Thumb, Food Service, Good Things Better, The Villager Newsletter, Computer Tutorial, and more.
